1. General These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from Rerela ("we", "us", or "our") through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or errors in product or pricing information. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
