Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50.00. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. For any questions regarding your order, please contact us at contact@rerela.com.

Delivery Estimates
We work with a carefully selected network of international partners to bring you quality products. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RERELA ships internationally to US customers. Any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are included in your purchase price — you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Items
If you have not received your order within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@rerela.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
